Pickering and Newington Development Association Ltd (PANDA) is a non-profit-making, regeneration company, limited by guarantee which was set up in 1995 and is managed by the local community. PANDA is a social enterprise employing over 50 individuals in the Western part of the City of Hull in a range of projects including:
